This might be what you’ve been looking for all this time. The bottle has a great pump that’s always handy, and a locking device inbuilt so any travelling won’t result in a layer of moisturiser at the bottom of your bag.

It’s a pretty good moisturiser with the added benefit of evening skin tones. It doubles as your daily moisturiser so you’re cutting out that extra step, and it’s quite affordable at your local Priceline or drugstore. If you’re only having small amounts of pigmentation or uneven skin tone though, this is a great option. It evened out majority of my hyper-pigmentation in such a short amount of time, I was getting compliments on how great my skin was looking! That product was definitely a holy grail.

In saying all these positive points though, I must admit that this moisturiser still didn’t provide the same level of results with evening my skin tone as the L’Oreal Paris Youth Code Lumiere Serum I reviewed a few months ago. It definitely helped me from wasting a whole lot of blotting paper throughout the day. I would suggests any other like-faced readers out there to try a lotion or cream moisturiser if they’re having the same problems. But it’s in fact improved the balance of oils in my skin by providing that hydration I always starved it from – thinking it was the right thing to do for oily skin types. With oily skin, I was worried that this moisturiser wouldn’t be right for me. So I’m saved from having a constant shine on my T-Zone. Lines and dullness has faded away from the lack of hydration, and one great thing to note: my skin isn’t producing as much oils throughout the day. The spots are slightly lighter than they were before and my skin has smoothed out. Just thick.Īfter using up about half the bottle, I’ve noticed that my hyper-pigmentation has reduced. There is no scent, so that’s great for any sensitive noses out there.Īnd the moisturiser isn’t greasy or unpleasant to any degree. The consistency is thick and creamy – obviously much heavier than the Clinique Moisturising Gel that I used beforehand.īut this in turn provided hydration, which is what my skin lacked after I tried to only feed it gel moisturisers. Once my skin started to accept this moisturiser though, I found that it’s not too bad of a product! It was made worse by my monthlies arriving just in time to greet the effects of this new moisturiser, but the sudden change in products definitely brought blemishes to my skin.īecause of it’s thick creamy texture, I was a little wary when applying to a blemished face – I tried to smooth on the lightest layer and concentrate it ONLY IF there was a significant dry patch. Looking for a more hydrating moisturiser than the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel that I’ve been using lately, I thought I’d better give this one a shot!Īt first, this moisturiser gave me pretty bad breakouts. I heard about this before actually receiving the product, due to the claimed properties of evening out skin tone.Ī friend of mine uses it religiously and has found nothing better than this to fight her hyper-pigmentation caused by the occasional blemish.
